For our collaboration project we created a design which was then turned into a repeat design. We then looked at the SS18 colour forecasts and chose a colour palette. Once we had our chosen colour palette we colour matched them in the print workshop and made sure the overlays all looked how we wanted them to look.

We spent all day on the 18th October screen printing our design. This is our final outcome, we are extremely pleased with how it looks:

This is the first layer. It was lighter than we expected but it didn't make much difference, it also didn't match up perfectly so we had to touch up the joins.

This is the second layer, it was more orange than when we done our colour testing which made the green more muddy.

The coral layer was perfect and was the exact colour we wanted. It worked really well with the golden yellow, it made a bright orange. It also made the green look better when the coral was next to it.

This is the final layer, this colour really brought everything together.

We also done our own colour way, this one is mine:

These are the first and second layers of my design, The colour are how I imagined them, I also really like the layering of the pink and the yellow.

This is the third layer, I like the green but I don't think the green and yellow work well together, maybe the green should be more yellow toned.
This is the final layer, I think the blue really brought it all together and tied the green done more and made it look more subtle.
