There are certain scents that can be really good to help children relax and sleep. There is some research to show that lavender and camomile can be really good.
LAVENDER: Lavender can help with lowering anxiety and it can also make you feel more comfortable and relaxed at night.

CAMOMILE: Camomile can help with children's insomnia and it can also reduce nightmares.

There are some shops that sell cuddly toys which you put in the microwave and they have a lavender smell inside them. These are good to help the children sleep because they have something to cuddle at night but it also has essential smells in.
